Maintaining and protecting consumers' rights is one of the important things we take into account. We have therefore facilitated the process of Return or Replacement through the following procedures:
  • If you wish to replace or return the product, you need to call us first or leave a message on WhatsApp.
  • The product is changed for free in the event of a defect in the product or does not conform to the specifications described on the product page on the site.
  • The customer has the right to return the product at the time of receipt and only in the presence of the delivery man, on the condition that no changes or damages appear on the product and the customer bears the full shipping costs.
  • It is allowed to replace the product with another one of the same or higher values, provided there is no defect in the alternative product by paying or refunding the price difference.
  • The Company has the right to refuse the replacement or return request in case of violation of the replacement/return policy or if the product was used or destroyed.
  • The returned products must be unused and with their original packing, we do not accept the return of any product after opening, using, damaging, washing, or changing it in any way.
  • Perfumes are not returned if the outer plastic cover is opened.
  • No return or replacement of Perfumes if the customer requested to print a particular phrase on the Perfume.
  • The perfume can be replaced in the event of a defect that indicates the expiry of the perfume, a fracture of the perfume, or anything that compromises the soundness of the product in the presence of the delegate only.
  • Please read the product description before buying it because the company does not bear any defect resulting from not knowing the product specifications.
  • In case the order was shipped to the customer and he wanted to cancel the order while it is on the way to him and he did not receive the order, the customer will incur the fee to return the shipment, and the shipping amount will be deducted from the total order.
  • The customer cannot modify the order after the completion of shipment.
  • The delivery officer is entitled to inspect the returned product before receiving it from the customer to make sure of the specifications.
  • Delivery officer is entitled to refuse to receive the product in case the customer causes a defect in the product due to misuse.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase shall be requested upon return or replacement.
  • Products covered with discounts and offers shall neither be replaced nor returned, except for a defect in the product.
  • In case of purchase and payment by prepayment cards and the customer wants to return the order for a reason that complies to our terms and policies mentioned in the above points, the customer bears the cost of shipping and its value is deducted from the total invoice.
  • If you do not receive the refund, first check your bank account before contacting us. It may take some time.
The site has the right to change its return or replacement policy permanently or temporarily at any time, as it deems appropriate or necessary, so the consumer must always be informed of any changes to the site.
