Al-Shaheera website is administered by Al-Shaheera Perfumes & Cosmetics Company, which carries out its business under the name of Al-Shaheera, a limited liability company that was established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and holds a trade license "C.R _ 03 _ 000082796", its registered address in Iraq-Baghdad.

The customers of Al-Shaheera company are referred to under these Terms and Conditions as (which means you "the user"), by visiting the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with them. You –ass well- agree with the practices set forth therein. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of this website and all the content and functions available to it. If you wish to use our services you must read and agree to abide by our policies relating to these services. We -In particular- draw your attention to our policies regarding the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Return, or Change and our privacy policy.

Membership of the site is to be granted only to those aged more than 18, and Al-Shaheera site has the right to cancel the account of any member who has not reached the age of 18 with the obligation to cancel his financial accounts as soon as the account is closed.

If any user is registered as a business entity, their business enterprise is bound by all the conditions set out in this Agreement.

• Al-Shaheera is committed to handling your personal information and contact addresses in complete confidentiality with other members.
• You will be obliged to regularly maintain and update the registration data to keep it real, valid, up-to-date, and complete. If you disclose information that is false, incorrect, old, incomplete, or contrary to the User Agreement, the Website "Al-Shaheera" has the right to discontinue, restrict or cancel your membership and account on the Site, without prejudice to our Website's rights and other legitimate means of restoring its rights.
• You agree to provide us with any information or documentation if we ask you to do so.
• If you fail to comply with any of the above conditions, Al-Shaheera Management has the right to discontinue or terminate your membership and withhold you from the Site. We also reserve the right to terminate any uncertain or unproven accounts, and operations or accounts that were not active for a long time.
• You agree to be contacted through email, or by broadcasting promotional advertisements on the Site, and you agree that all other agreements, advertisements, data, and communications you provide electronically shall be considered as written ones for legal considerations.
• During your membership period, Al-Shaheera will send you promotional emails to inform you about any new changes, actions, or advertisement activities that may be added to the site.

You know and agree to be informed by Al-Shaheera of any modification to the User Agreement, accordingly your obligations may be increased or your rights may be decreased in accordance with any amendments to the User Agreement.

"Al-Shaheera" website provides credit card payment services, or payment upon receipt, to facilitate buyers to complete purchases through various payment methods.

To electronically protect you: After you finalize the payment process, we will check the electronic payment, if there are doubts about the ownership of the credit or bank card used for payment, we will ask you about certain documents to prove the ownership of the used card, and the goods can only be sent if we received the required documents that prove the ownership of the credit or bank card and that no prepaid electronic payment can be refunded without proof of ownership of the card or 10% of the paid amount to be paid in cash to cover the fees of electronic returns, so please make the online payment only by using the credit or bank card owned by you or you can pay by cash upon receipt if you do not have any credit or bank card.

All contents on the site, including but not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, button icons, symbols, audio clips, digital loads, aggregated data, and electronic software, are the property and rights reserved for Al-Shaheera site. If the user agreement is translated into any language other than Arabic, whether on the site or in any other way, the Arabic version of the agreement remains dominant.

This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Iraq and is fully subjected to the legislation in force in the courts of the Republic of Iraq.

Maintaining and protecting consumers' rights is one of the important things we take into account. We have therefore facilitated the process of Return or Replacement through the following procedures:

• If you wish to replace or return the product, you need to call us first or leave a message on WhatsApp.
• The product is changed for free in the event of a defect in the product or does not conform to the specifications described on the product page on the site.
• The customer has the right to return the product at the time of receipt and only in the presence of the delivery man, on the condition that no changes or damages appear on the product and the customer bears the full shipping costs.
• It is allowed to replace the product with another one of the same or higher values, provided there is no defect in the alternative product by paying or refunding the price difference.
• The Company has the right to refuse the replacement or return request in case of violation of the replacement/return policy or if the product was used or destroyed.
• The returned products must be unused and with their original packing, we do not accept the return of any product after opening, using, damaging, washing, or changing it in any way.
• Perfumes are not returned if the outer plastic cover is opened.
• No return or replacement of Perfumes if the customer requested to print a particular phrase on the Perfume.
• The perfume can be replaced in the event of a defect that indicates the expiry of the perfume, a fracture of the perfume, or anything that compromises the soundness of the product in the presence of the delegate only.
• Please read the product description before buying it because the company does not bear any defect resulting from not knowing the product specifications.
• In case the order was shipped to the customer and he wanted to cancel the order while it is on the way to him and he did not receive the order, the customer will incur the fee to return the shipment, and the shipping amount will be deducted from the total order.
• The customer cannot modify the order after the completion of shipment.
• The delivery officer is entitled to inspect the returned product before receiving it from the customer to make sure of the specifications.
• Delivery officer is entitled to refuse to receive the product in case the customer causes a defect in the product due to misuse.
• A receipt or proof of purchase shall be requested upon return or replacement.
• Products covered with discounts and offers shall neither be replaced nor returned, except for a defect in the product.
• In case of purchase and payment by prepayment cards and the customer wants to return the order for a reason that complies to our terms and policies mentioned in the above points, the customer bears the cost of shipping and its value is deducted from the total invoice.
• If you do not receive the refund, first check your bank account before contacting us. It may take some time.
• The site has the right to change its return or replacement policy permanently or temporarily at any time, as it deems appropriate or necessary, so the consumer must always be informed of any changes to the site.
